Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta al dente.
  2. Heat oven to 250°C.
  3. Deseed bell peppers.
  4. Cut into mouth sized pieces.
  5. Quarter tomatoes.
  6. Cut red onion into rough pieces.
  7. Drain tuna.
  8. Mix together olive oil, vinegar and pepper.
  9. On baking tray place half of pasta.
  10. Top it with 1/3 of the onions, peppers and tomatoes.
  11. Layer with the other half of pasta.
  12. Add rest of tomatoes, onions and peppers.
  13. Layer with tuna.
  14. Sprinkle marinade on top.
  15. Top with cheese.
  16. Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
