Passover Hot Dog Rollups

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups matzo meal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine the oil and water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the dry ingredients all at once.
  4. Mix well, until mixture pulls away from side of pan.
  5. Remove from the heat.
  6. Mix for 5 minutes, then add eggs one at a time.
  7. Mix for another minute.
  8. Divide the dough into 12 portions.
  9. Shape the dough around each hot dog.
  10. Bake in a 325 degree oven on a greased cookie sheet.
  11. Bake until hot dogs are sizzling and rolls are done, about 20-30 minutes.
