Parmesan Zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshlt grated parmesan

Directions:

  1. Cut zucchini in half and then each half lengthwize twice . Each zucchini should have 8 pieces.
  2. Mix pressed garlic and olive oil together .
  3. On a cookie sheet lay out zucchini and with a brush spread garlic oil mix on top.
  4. Top each zucchini evenly with parmesan,
  5. Broil for 7-10 mins
