Stir-Fried Zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, saute the zucchini and garlic in oil until zucchini is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with seasonings. Serve immediately. Yield: 8 servings.
