Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven 375 degrees.
  2. Spray cookie sheet with non-fat cooking spray.
  3. Slice Zucchini in circles or length-wise and place on cookie sheet.
  4. Spray zucchini slices with cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over zucchini and place in oven.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes-until cheese is melted & a bit brown on top.
