Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Cut each chicken breast into smaller, evenly sized pieces.
  3. Place chicken in a shallow oven proof dish.
  4. Drizzle butter over chicken.
  5. Sprinkle cheese mixture over chicken.
  6. Bake uncovered at 180 degrees C for approx 30 minutes - until tender.
  7. Serve with pasta and a green salad.
