Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. In small bowl, mix all ingredients except egg whites and almonds set aside.
  3. In large bowl, whisk egg whites until they begin to form soft peaks and are opaque.
  4. Add almonds and toss to coat.
  5. Add cheese mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  6. Oil or coat a baking sheet with vegetable cook spray.
  7. Arrange almonds on baking sheet in single layer.
  8. Bake in center of oven for 15 minutes.
  9. Gently toss almonds and arrange again in single layer.
  10. Continue to bake for 15 minutes longer; toss gently.
  11. Turn off oven.
  12. Leave almonds in oven with door ajar for 20 minutes.
  13. Remove from oven and cool completely.
