Oven Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut into 1/8 potato wedges.
  2. Place overlapping in 13x9x2 dish.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
  4. Brush potatoes with half oil mixture.
  5. Bake, uncovered, 375°, 45 min.
  6. ,basting occasionally with rest of mixture.
