Ingredients:

  • 12 crackers/papad - crushed
  • 1 tbsp tamarind water mixed with pinch of tumerice pwd and salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • temper
  • 1 tbsp curry leaves
  • 1 tsp urad dhal
  • pinch of hing

Directions:

  1. At first , temper .
  2. Add the tamarind water and check the salt .
  3. Once starts to boil add the rice and the crackers .
  4. Mix well and check the salt .
  5. Drizzle the ghee on top .
  6. Serve with vegetable chutney .
