Very ez to make this flavoured rice . Goes well with pickles , dhal , chutney or even some non veg dish .
Ingredients:
3 c cooked rice
12 crackers/papad - crushed
1 tbsp tamarind water mixed with pinch of tumerice pwd and salt to taste
1 tbsp ghee
temper
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp curry leaves
1 tsp urad dhal
2 dry red chillies , broken
pinch of hing
Directions:
1. At first , temper .
2. Add the tamarind water and check the salt .
3. Once starts to boil add the rice and the crackers .
4. Mix well and check the salt .
5. Drizzle the ghee on top .
6. Serve with vegetable chutney .
