Ingredients:

  • 2 cup vermicilli , roasted until golden
  • 4 cup water
  • pinch of salt
  • temper
  • 1/2 tbsp ghee
  • pinch of mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1 tsp fresly chopped ginger

Directions:

  1. First temper .
  2. Add the water .
  3. Once starts to boil , add the vermicilli and salt .
  4. Check the salt and on high heat boil until all the water evaporates .
  5. Serve hot with golden brown sugar ( For each serving , 1 to 2 tsp of sugar ) .
