  1. Mix rava everything in a bowl ....
  2. Add the corriander leaves and 80 ml of the curd .
  3. Mix well .
  4. Heat ghee and add to the mixture.
  5. Now add the 160 ml curd . Mix well .
  6. Set aside for awhile until it is fully soaked .
  7. Grease idli moulds and scoop the batter in .........
  8. Or steam cook in small containers in a vegetable steamer until a pierced toothpick comes out clean .
  9. Serve hot with mixed vegetable curry / sambar
