Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken first into the egg beaters then into the crumbs.
  4. Place each piece on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is done and top is a little browned.
