Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chicken between 2 pieces of wax paper and beat w/a mallet until 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Drizzle chicken w/oil.
  3. Sprinkle w/thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat a grill pan w/nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Cook chicken over medium-ghigh heat 3 to 4 minutes per side.
