Pam's Apple Crumb Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • topping
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • crust
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Cut fruit and mix with sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly.
  2. Mix pie crust ingredients until it all sticks together and then pat into the bottom and sides of a nine inch pie pan.
  3. Place apple mixture onto prepared crust.
  4. Sprinkle topping over apple pie.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes.
