Ingredients:

  • 9 oz water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups bfb flour
  • 1/2 cup w.w. flour
  • 1 cup 9 grain cereal
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 12 oz water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 2/3 cups bread flour
  • 2/3 cup w.w. flour
  • 1 1/3 cups 9 grain cereal
  • 2 1/2 tbsp powdered milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp margarine

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in bread maker and set to brown bread medium crust.
  2. If you want to cook in the oven then 350 for 30-35 min or until hollow sounding.
