Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 - 3 lb chicken cut up

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425 F. Place butter and oil in13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish and put in oven for butter to melt.
  2. Mix flour and spices together and coat chicken with mixture (you can use a paper or plastic bag and shake the chicken, a few pieces at a time, with the mixture).
  3. Place chicken, skin side down in pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn; bake until done, about 15-20 minutes longer. Remove from pan and serve.
