  1. Peel and dice potatoes. Spread evenly in buttered baking dish. Dot with margarine, sprinkle with dry soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and stir and bake for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are done.
