Roasted Onion Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package onion soup mix

Directions:

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes.
  2. Place the potatoes in a 9 x13 pan.
  3. Pour the olive oil over the potatoes.
  4. Pour the dry onion soup mix over the potatoes.
  5. Mix until all the potatoes are coated.
  6. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 40 minutes stirring occasionally.
