Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Place chicken in 13x9 pan. You can leave the skin on or remove it - it's good either way.
  3. Bake 30 minutes.
  4. Drain off grease.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  6. Bake 30 minutes longer or until cooked through.
  7. Note - I sometimes add more chili sauce to vamp up the flavor. And if you run out of garlic, as I did, you can substitute 1 tsp garlic salt.
