Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, 1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce, water chestnuts, green onions, and salt/pepper to taste.
  2. Shape mixture into 4 patties (about 1/2-inch thick).
  3. Place patties on rack in broiler pan (spray rack with cooking spray).
  4. Broil 3-inches from heat for about 12-16 minutes, turning once or until no longer pink in the center.
  5. Serve patties with noodles and additional sweet and sour sauce.
