Ingredients:

  • 12 cups water
  • 1 turkey carcus
  • 1 medim raw onion, chunked
  • 2 cups bell pepper chunked
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp mustard seed
  • 1 tbsp whole cloves
  • 3 inches ginger root

Directions:

  1. Dump it in the crock pot on high until it boils. Then turn it to medium. Let it simmer like that until it drives you crazy.
  2. Discard all the stuff in the both. Let the broth cool. Then strain it through cheese cloth. May need to do that a couple of times to get it nice and clear.
