Orange Vinagrette Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 small bag of crisp romaine salad
  • 1 container of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium avacado cup up into slices
  • 1 large orange
  • 1/2 cup (or less) olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. In a blender, puree orange pulp.
  2. Transfer to jar and add all other vinaigrette ingredients.
  3. Shake and your dressing is done!
  4. Toss all ingredients together in a salad bowl and serve for a healthy meal.
