Orange Millet Pilaf

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse millet.
  2. Add the water-oj mix and the millet into a medium saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes until tender.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add salt.
  6. Chop nuts and raisins together.
  7. Add honey, orange zest, orange juice and oil to nut mixture.
  8. Toss together with millet.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley.
