Old Fashined Oatmeal Cookies With Variations

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F I use silpat on my cookie sheets, if you don't use parchment paper or lightly grease the cookie sheets.
  2. Beat the sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla untl creamy.
  3. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt. If you are using cinnamon and or nutmeg, mix it in now.
  4. Hand mix into the beaten mixture.
  5. Mix in any variation you are going to use. A total of 1-1.5 cups of add ins is all you need.
  6. Drop by teaspoon full on your baking sheet.
  7. Bake 12-14 minutes.
  8. Yield will increase with add ins.
