Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped (i used pistachios)
  • 1 cup raisins (obtional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (obtional)

Directions:

  1. Cream the butter with sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add mashed banana.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients. Beat well. Pour the dough with a spoon on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven of 375 F for 8 to 10 minutes.
