Orange glazed salmon

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Directions:

  1. Combine cajun seasoning, sugar, and salt. Rub over all surfaces of salmon
  2. Sauté filets in oil in a large skillet over med-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Blend marmalade and lime juice, until melted. Glaze with salmon.
