Orange Glaze Pound Cake

Ingredients:

  • .4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp orange juice divided
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • pre heat oven 375 grease flour 10 inch tube pan

Directions:

  1. Combined cake mix sour cream oil 1/4 cup orange juice and orange peel in large bowl
  2. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer 2 minutes
  3. Pour into prepared pan
  4. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes or untill toothpick inserted comes out clean
  5. Cool in pan 25 minutes
  6. Invert on cooling rack cool completely
  7. Combine sugar and remaining 1-2 tbs. orange juice in small bowl stir untill smooth drizzel over cake
