Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring juice, water, salt and nutmeg to a boil.
  2. Stir in oatmeal and dates. Return to boil, reduce heat.
  3. Cook 1 minute for quick oatmeal (5 minutes for old-fashioned), stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in banana.
  5. Let stand until of desired consistency.
