Orange and Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  3. Continue beating while you add the orange peel and one egg at a time, then the sour cream and orange juice.
  4. Measure baking powder, soda and flour.
  5. Combine with chocolate.
  6. Add these and fold lightly into the wet batter.
  7. Fold only until well blended, then fill greased muffin tins.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
