Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp of vinegar ( any kind )
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Peel the onion thinly slice it and add salt ... in few min onion will start loosing its water now add vinegar n let it rest at least 30 min ... it will change colour n ready to serve :P
  2. Enjoy !!!!! :-)
  3. Tip :- u can even use fresh shallots for this recipe... this is the quick version for a pickle ...
