Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Line pie pan with pastry.
  3. Sauté finely diced onion in butter until tender.
  4. Spread over pastry.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese over onion.
  6. Blend eggs slightly beaten, flour and mustard.
  7. Stir in mushroom soup (undiluted) and milk.
  8. Pour over cheese and onion.
  9. Bake 40-60 minutes.
  10. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
