One Word Yum! Potato Skins

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry potatoes rub with oil,place in oven and cook for about an hour(poke a few holes in each potato with fork).
  3. While potatoes are cooking cook bacon until nice and crisp(golden brown).
  4. Drain bacon fat on paper towels.
  5. Crumble up cooled bacon (not to much!) set to side.
  6. Mix cheese with paprika and garlic powder ,set to side.
  7. Take potatoes out and let cool cut in half lenght wise.
  8. Scoop out most of pulp ,leaving a little bit.
  9. Rub inside with oil ,place back in the oven until skin is crisp aboout 10-min.
  10. Take potatoes back out and pack each one with cheese and place bacon on top.
  11. Put back in oven until cheese is melted with nice color on top.
  12. Take out and enjoy !What a crowd pleaser!
  13. Serve with sour cream and if you like some chives YUM.
