Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry potatoes in the oil til soft, add onion.
  2. Move to side of pan where the heat is lower.
  3. Scramble and fry sausage.
  4. Mix together potatoes and sausage.
  5. Crack eggs over the mixture, careful not to get any shell in the mix).
  6. Scramble til eggs are done.
  7. Cover with cheese and take off fire.
  8. Served best with tortillas.
  9. Cooking time depends on how hot the fire is.
