Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180deg celcuis and grease a large metal baking dish.
  2. Slice potatoes into thin slices, arrange some on the bottom of a large baking dish.
  3. Add some diced bacon and mushrooms along with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and repeat till dish is full with a potato layer on top.
  4. Pour cream over top of potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake for 45min to 1 hour, test with a fork to make sure potatoes are cooked. If top becomes too brown whilst cooking cover with foil.
