  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until smooth. Stir in olives.
  2. Unroll breadstick dough (do not separate the dough into breadsticks). Spread cheese mixture evenly over dough. Beginning at one short side, roll up dough tightly, jelly-roll fashion, and pinch the seam to seal (do not seal ends of roll). Cut the dough along perforations into 8 slices. Place the slices, cut side up, into muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
