Old Time Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 potato
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cut potato into bite size pieces. cover with water and boil till soft. remove from water.
  2. Chop 4 of the eggs; onion; green pepper; celery
  3. Mix with potato
  4. In seperate bowl mix mayo; mustard; vinegar; sugar; and salt and pepper
  5. Pour mayo mixture over potato mixture and mix
  6. Top with remaining sliced eggs and sprinkle with paprika
