Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Beat egg, stir in corn meal, salt and milk.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a well-greased, hot griddle.
  3. Fry until golden brown on each side.
