Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Lumps should remain.
  3. Cook in a waffle iron, or like regular pancakes.
  4. Exceptionally good with grape jelly.
