Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except the cheese; blend well.
  2. Stir in cheese.
  3. Pour into greased baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F until done, 20-30 minutes.
