Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown sugar , firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F Beat sugars and dressing in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  2. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in raisins. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
  3. Bake 9-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
