Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp coconut
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp margarine

Directions:

  1. Make the shell by mixing the 1 cup flour and 1 teaspoon sugar.
  2. Cut in butter.
  3. Place in pie pan and brush with egg white.
  4. Mix the first 6 ingredients.
  5. Pour into pie shell.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20- 25 min until golden.
  7. Let cool.
