Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 tsp honey (depends on your taste. i normally use 1 tsp)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp non-dairy coffee creamer (optional- i use creamer cos i can'tsp take milk and love creamy stuff)
  • 1 dash cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 -2 cup water (very hot or boiling , it depends on whether you want the lumpier version or the more drinkable versio)

Directions:

  1. Put in a bowl or cup the oatmeal, honey, creamer and cinnamon.
  2. Next add water.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Note: you can add in nuts, raisins and other dried fruits if you like.
