Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup plain flour
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsn olive oil
  • 1 tsp oil for cooking pancake

Directions:

  1. Mix oats and milk let stand 5 mins
  2. Mix eggs with oil, mix flour, baking powder salt sugar
  3. Mix all together make pancakes top with fruit and nuts
  4. Freeze and microwave
