Ingredients:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs
  3. . In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon
  4. . Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture, mixing only until combined.
  5. Stir in the walnuts.
  6. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Makes 16 servings.
  8. *Canned sweet potatoes are precooked.
