Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup brown rice
  • 1/4 cup wheat berries

Directions:

  1. Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add brown rice and wheat berries and return to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 40-45 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
