Ingredients:

  1. Preheat 350. In a medium bowl combine flour, soda, powder, and salt.
  2. In a large bowl combine sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Alternately add the dry mix and the buttermilk in three turns.
  4. Fold in bananas and nuts.
  5. Bake in a loaf pan for 45 - 55 minutes, cool for 5 minutes, carefully turn out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
