Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Combine crust ingredients and press in bottom and up sides of spring form pan then set aside.
  3. All above ingredients should be at room temperature before your begin.
  4. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy keeping mixture on low setting throughout beating.
  5. Add sugar a little at a time then continue beating until creamy.
  6. Add one egg at a time and beat after each addition.
  7. When eggs have been mixed into cream cheese add flour, vanilla and lemon juice then mix well.
  8. Add sour cream last and beat well then pour cream cheese into pan.
  9. Place on top rack in middle of oven for one hour and 15 minutes.
  10. When time is up prop open oven door and leave in oven for one hour.
  11. After one hour remove from oven then allow to cool and put in refrigerator 24 hours.
