Norwegian Red Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Chop cabbage fine, and put in a big pot.
  2. Add butter, vinegar, sugar, water and salt.
  3. Cook for 1hour on low heat.
  4. Add jelly and cook for 20 minutes longer.
