Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak tapioca, prunes, apricots, raisins, and currants overnight in water to cover.
  2. After soaking place all ingredients except cream in a large saucepan and cover completely with water.
  3. Cook until fruit is tender.
  4. The soup should be somewhat thick, like a runny jam. Not thick like pie filling. Thin with water if necessary.
  5. Cool in the fridge for at least 24 hours before serving.
  6. Serve cold with raw cream.
